DESIGN & DRAWINGS
A complete interior design, developed in full and delivered as a set a contractor can build from.
For a renovation, a new-build interior or a full refurbishment. Everything is decided before building begins, and you keep control of who carries it out.
What it covers
Not every project needs all of it. The scope can be limited to the parts your project asks for.
Concept The direction for the project: spatial approach, material palette and atmosphere, presented with mood boards.
Space planning Floor plans showing layout, routing and furniture positions, with alternatives where the space allows.
Materials and finishes A full specification of floors, walls, surfaces and hardware, presented as a material board with physical samples.
Custom joinery & furniture Design of built-in and freestanding pieces, drawn to size.
Technical drawings Dimensioned floor plans, elevations and details, ready for a contractor to price and build from.
Optional
3D visualisations To see the design in full before anything is built.
Lighting plan Positions, fixtures and circuits, drawn for an electrician.
Furniture and lighting sourcing Selection, specification and ordering.
Construction supervision Site visits during the build to keep the execution true to the design.
What you receive
A complete design and drawing set, in a form your contractor can price and build from, along with the material and furniture specifications behind it.
How it works
A first conversation, in person or online, to understand the space and how you want to live in it. From there the design is worked out together, through concept, materials and finally the drawing set. Worked out in person or remotely, in Amsterdam and beyond.
